Understand the role
Read the job description and research the employer. Note the main responsibilities and choose examples from your own experience that show how you approach similar work.
Practise concrete examples
Explain the situation, your responsibility, the action you took and the outcome. Keep examples truthful and concise. Practise out loud so your answers feel natural rather than memorized.
Ask useful questions
Ask about a typical working day, training, schedules, location and next steps. Use the conversation to understand expectations as well as to describe your experience.
Prepare the practical details
For a video interview, check your connection and audio in advance. Confirm the time zone. Keep your resume and a short list of questions nearby, and leave enough time to join without rushing.
